Amazigh Journeys was created with one simple belief:travel should be authentic, respectful, and deeply human.
My name is Ayoub, and I was born and raised in Marrakech, at the heart of Morocco. For over 8 years, I have worked in the tourism industry, guiding travelers from all over the world across Morocco. From famous landmarks to places most visitors never get to see.
Along the way, I noticed something that didn’t feel right.
Too many travelers were being overcharged, misled, rushed, or scammed, and instead of falling in love with Morocco, they were leaving disappointed, confused, or exhausted. I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s why Amazigh Journeys was born.
A Local Perspective, Not a Tourist Script
Amazigh Journeys is not a big corporation or a faceless agency.
It’s a locally run travel experience, built by someone who knows Morocco from the inside — its culture, traditions, people, and unspoken rules.
“Amazigh” refers to the indigenous people of North Africa, whose culture is deeply rooted in hospitality, respect, and connection to the land. These values are at the heart of everything we do.
